"Whether they tell you or not, people are eating it," says Forrester, who first came across packaged clay in his hometown of Columbus, Ga. His new documentary, Eat White Dirt, takes a closer look at this bizarre, under-the-radar practice.
Eating dirt is not just some weird fetish in the South. Hundreds of thousands of people eat dirt around the world. Forrester, an assistant professor of photography at Troy University, says he has spoken with shop owners who receive orders from as far away as London."

Man Stabbed With a Sword! Extraordinary footage of Mirin Dajo being stabbed right through his body with a sword. He became famous in the 1940s for piercing his body with swords and all other kinds of objects. Apparently he did it without injury and he astounded the medics at the time. This film may make you feel queasy!

The car was the light green version. I think it was a 75 or 76, with the single headlamp. I later bought a 77, which had the double headlamps, so I know his was a 75 or 76. The dude had a Christian station playing on the radio too.
So basically, no cars coming either way on the road, as far as you could see. Only the malibu, but then Mr. ElCamino popped in, from out of nowhere it seemed.

You upset your intestinal flora/fauna. Taking the two herbs together at once and on an empty stomach, especially if you haven't tasted them before, means your gut bacteria got a full-force dose of the herbs. Many herbs act as powerful alkaloids, and that usually disrupts the sort of gut colonies that like the usual western-standard diet of meat and carbs.
Herbs are best taken at 1/8-1/4 the reccommended adult dose (per day) when you first get them to test your personal reaction to them.
Herbs are to be treated as medicines, and rightfully so! Treat 'em with respect and they will be your best friends.
It is wise to have an adsorbant like activated charcoal powder around for absorbing dieoff toxins for when you are on cleanses or trying new herbs. The tiredness, gas, bloating and grumpiness are all dieoff symptoms. Most of the bacteria in the gut produce mood-altering substances, and they WILL LET YOU KNOW with minor to strong agony when they are unhappy! ... Just as much as they produce trippy-happy substances when you eat what they like.
