Since I have 100 pounds to lose, would I be better off doing 5 - 21 day fasts or 3 - 40 day fasts? (hoping I could make it to 40)
Robin Quivers did several 21 day fasts to lose 70 pounds, so I am hoping since I am a fattie too... I might come close to her results, just gotta throw in another 1 or 2 - 21 dayers.
9 pounds in 7 days certainly has me motivated. Will there be some days ahead where there will not be any weight loss? Remember, I am OBESE!
I started out last weekend... 5 ft 2" & 223.5 pounds.
Also, what is the best time frame for off the fast before you go back on another one if you want to do what I need to do... lose 100 pounds?
Otherwise... I feel fine - actulally I feel GREAT!
