Rule of Law & Civil Unrest: January 6th the Count & January 10th the Sentencing

At the Capitol Building, standing behind this monument to the hero of the American Civil War, Ulysses S. Grant, Congress will hold a joint session on Jan. 6 to count the Electoral College votes, marking the official certification of President-elect Donald Trump’s victory and formalizing his return to the White House for a second term. 

This constitutionally mandated process, conducted every four years, ensures the peaceful transfer or continuation of power. An alleged quote from Jamie Raskin was circulating about not certifying Trump, which he denied, and USA Today, the Leftist Mouthpiece, claimed to do a fact check and attributed it to right-wing conspiracies. It said:

‘Let folks cast their votes for Trump if that’s their choice. But mark my words, we won’t be certifying the election. He might win, but we’ll ensure he doesn’t step foot in the Oval Office,'”

What this stems from was a letter Raskin sent to Trump claiming he had failed to sign documents to become a candidate, implying that somehow he was then not qualified. Raskin is such a leftist that it begs the question of whether Maryland should not just secede from the United States since they seem to prefer to dictate how everyone else MUST comply with their ideals. It’s a shame we cannot carve it off and attach it to California along with New York. Then perhaps one big earthquake will split them off into their Communist island where they can all run around and change the sex on a 3-year-old boy because he played with his sister’s dolls and tax each other into poverty like in Latin America.

Some Democrats even shake their head at Raskin, who is known for his antiTrump rhetoric and hatred of middle-of-the-road agendas. There were even whispers that dared to claim that Pence was wrong and that he should not have certified the 2020 election, so Kamala need not certify Trump’s victory, claiming that the 14th Amendment prohibits him from becoming president without ever having a trial. They would be tearing down Grant’s statue on January 6th in such a stupid move.

After the question of Pence having the authority to deny the count, Congress passed the Electoral Count Act, revised in 2022, clarifying the vice president’s role as strictly ceremonial, removing any ambiguity about their authority to certify the count. The updated law ensures the vice president cannot alter or determine the results during the certification process. Therefore, Kamala has no such power, for this has subsequently become a purely ceremonial event. Congress opens sealed certificates from each state documenting their electoral votes. Delivered in special mahogany boxes reserved for the occasion, these certificates are read aloud by bipartisan “tellers” from both chambers. The vice president acts purely as president of the Senate, presiding over the session and announcing the results. The 2020 Count was rigged by Pelosi, who prevented any challenge to any state vote that would have required a full debate, but she also passed a COVID rule prohibiting more than 53 people on the floor at a time. There were 7 states to be challenged, and one would have blocked Biden from the presidency.

The Sentencing January 10th

At 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 10, 2025, this prosecutor, Juan M. Merchan, who is only an”acting judge” handed the most politically charged case in American history, will finally move to decide whether to imprison Trump or not. The polls show that all of these legal cases were not believed and were seen as lawfare and a desperate move by the Democrats to keep their Woke-Climate Change Agenda and to destroy the economy by taxing even unrealized gains, which the IRS would then have applied to real estate.

The minister Chao Cuo (ca. 200–154BC), under the previous emperor Ching-ti (Liu Ch’i)(157-141BC), earned the hatred of other ministers after he introduced 30 new laws. Chao stated that he was determined to reduce the seven princes’ fiefdoms and their political power, much as Merchan and Bragg attempted to use law for political gain. After that, Chao Cuo exposed the sins of the princes many times and then slowly cut off their fiefdom little by little to deny them political power. The outrage was so intense that Chao Cuo was dragged out and executed in his judicial robes in the town marketplace. Emperor Han Jing believed these accusations about Chao Cuo and ordered him to be cut at the waist and beheaded at the execution ground while wearing an official judicial robe. Merchan would be wise to examine the history of dealing with corrupt judges.

Since Trump’s conviction in May 2024, Merchan has contemplated his sentencing options. Democrats were cheering to see Trump handcuffed and dragged out in an orange-jump-suit moment they prayed for over years of unrepentant lawfare disgracing the United States internationally and the land of the free and the rule of real law. They will likely be disappointed. Even if this was NOT Trump, a verdict of this bogus nature would typically result in an unconditional discharge or a sentence without jail time. That outcome became more likely after Trump was reelected in November. But it also became more likely once he took office. Merchan had set the date before he took office to avoid a real constitutional crisis, and there was no way he could sentence a sitting president.Merchan will no doubt seek to write the script for the Democrats who have been reduced to being satisfied with calling Trump a felon for life. Merchan has to know that this will be appealed and will end up in the Supreme Court. He could try to fine Trump some astronomical amount, but under NY law, you must pay the fine to appeal – another aspect of the corrupt NY legal system. Make the fine so big that the victim cannot afford to appeal. We need legal reform, and it is time to press the control-Alt-Delete button on the whole mess. I would LOVE to testify on how to fix the legal system, having witnessed it.

While the computer shows a Directional Change for January 6th and then a Panic Cycle for the 9th, both of these indicate that there will be some tension related to these two events. We are talking about a Civil War if they try to use these to prevent Trump from taking office. I do not think they will dare to step into the abyss.

Note: I can tell you that the NEOCONS invaded Iraq, assuming they would win in just two weeks or so and then invade Iran. In the Benghazi Affair, Hillary refused to answer that the embassy was attacked because they were sending arms to rebels in Syria and Libya to overthrow their dream of all three dictators – Saddam, Assad, and Quadaffi.
