Re: Alternative understanding-This is a new age,.....a new dispensation----THE JESUS DISPENSATION.

God tells us that we have been adopted as “SONS” and are predestined by the eternal covenant as SONS (but we will still serve Him as a SON of the FATHER)…………..(He did not come to be served).
This is not a standard teaching but have no objection to being predestined (nobody should, but it’s your choice).

Act 7:8
And he gave him the covenant of circumcision. And so Abraham became the father of Isaac, and circumcised him on the eighth day; and Isaac became the father of Jacob, and Jacob of the twelve patriarchs.


JESUS is the eternal covenant and our eternal sabbath.
Rom 16:26 But now as the prophets foretold and as the eternal God has commanded

There are multiple covenants in scripture, but Jesus is the ETERNAL covenant.
God never before gave His spirit to humanity to be our teacher….


John 7:39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)….KJV
