I have exactly the same thing. I believe it is a mixed flatworm infection in the skin (I have seen the eyes, looks like a flatwork, tapeworms, and flukes). I don't have too much in the way of bowel - all of it seems to be in my skin.

I have just completed 21 days prazi and 7 days triclabendazole. I have been battling these for over a year and have thrown everything in the way of topical and antiparasitic, but I am worse off than when I started. I sadly have a TON of scars - they turn purple in the shower, I have a ton of "freckles" that weren't there a year ago, mostly on thighs and arms. My left hand and arm are so infested at the moment.

I tried to use salicylic acid on the nest on my hand and all hell broke loose on my arm. There are HUNDREDS of bloody clot like worms under the lesions and the skin around the lesions can get thich, rough, tough. My attempts to debride or remove the skin has led to worsening and you can scrape the red blobs out - it is horrifying and unending. Every time I think I am winning they get worse. If left alone it just gets worse more slowly. Skin lesions seem like gel - if you try to remove, they close over immediately with a plasticness.

I have seen that things CAN heal quickly - BUT - out of nowhere - I have had a large bump appear and turn into a plastic, worm filled nest mess that takes weeks to get rid of. This is an absolute nightmare. Tweet
