Hi

You didn't mention if you took Epsom Salts .

Epsom Salts causes the liquid stools and allows any stones to be seen. Otherwise the oil gets digested normally. A few people don't even get a liquid stools after taking Epsom Salts even after doubling the dose. However, there are flush protocols that don't use Epsom salts and avoid urgent stool all together. Never-the-less the olive oil and lemon juice wiil have flushed the liver anyway.
