PLEASE help identify these for my two little boys!

PLEASE help me identify these. MY two sons (1 and 8) and myself are fighting this extremely hard. They are everywhere inside of us. Both sons are having urinary issues. I have them in my uterus even. My one year old now has a mass in testicle and is having surgery next week, but I need to know NOW what these are inside my babies causing them to be miserable. We all have stinging then itching skin, weird bumps and rashes, creeping sensations, super fatigue, anemia, and a lot more. Stool and eosinophils are neg but we all shoe positive ANA all of a sudden, anemia, and low neutrophils. They are in our sinus cavity and they all look like these photos. Any direction or help would be so greatly appreciated.
