I feel my liver after the flush

Hey guys,

so I've done the flush 6 days ago.. I remember the very first one I did was the best (I did not have too much experience at all) - I felt the liver 'flushing' out right after I drank the oil and from the next day, I felt amazing, my skin got a lot better, my eyes were bright and white.

But with all subsequent flushes I feel they're just getting worse.

With the last one, I did not feel the 'flushing'... I even threw up the 3rd morning dose of Epsom Salt (so I only took the first 2 before the flush).

I don't really see ANY improvement at all.. and I feel a weird pressure in my liver/gallbladder. Also, I am holding a lot of water..


Anyone with a similar experience ?

I don't see how I couldn't done it better.. and I don't know what to do now to 'fix' this.
