tmau?

Can TMAU smell body like urine without sweating ? It started when i was 14. The whole room smell like urine and my clothes too. But my sweat without deodorand does not smell. Or maybe i can’t smell my sweat. I check liver, stomach, kidney and everything is normal. I tried liver detox but nothing change. Only sometimes only. I don’t far*ed but i smell. People coughing and sneezing around me. Any advice please. Is this tmau or ? I told my therapist about my problem and she told me never knew about.... please give me any advice for my life rest.
