Re: Mercury hidden in teeth?

An xray typically works well when looking for remaining amalgam; however it is not so helpful when there is a crown. I think the crown has to be lifted.

Burning brain sensation is disturbing. A very close female friend had that experience and she thought she was dying. That was when she was accidentally taking 100mg ALA daily in a new formulation of a multivitamin in the months after Amalgam removal. Around the same time she could only tolerate roughly 10mg doses of DMPS, a typically much more easily tolerated chelator!

What dose of ALA are you taking? Are you taking generous doses of vitamin C and a lipid soluble antioxidant such as vitamin E?

If I had to guess, your dose is too high for your antioxidant defenses. Andy warns that people can actually get worse when chelating irresponsibly. Kicking up heavy metals can be dangerous, but when done safely in a person that needs detox, the results can be life transforming.
