Thanks Archus! I have the Liver Flush saved to follow the water fast.
Here's a follow up:
I work in the restaurant industry, and leave for Europe on March 6. A month long trip for menu research. It will not be conducive to following this fast, though hard to be upset about it any other way.
So I have to map out my final 3 weeks of refeeding/recovery/transition, to maximize the results of the fast, while reconditioning my body to eat pastas/breads/wine and be physically able to carry a pack as well.
