Water Fast 4 Days A Week, Forever


Hey guys!

I wanted to run a lifestyle change I’ve been considering by those more educated with water fasting.

I know going periods of time without food is great for the body, so I was thinking about Water Fasting every week, Monday through Thursday (resume eating on Friday from 2PM to 8PM) then Friday/Saturday/Sunday follow a mostly raw vegan/vegan diet 70/15/15 macros.

Here’s my dilemma, I want to also build muscle by weightlifting and do 20 minutes of a cardio a day.

How much protein would I have to consume/calories would I have to eat on those 3 days, to actually build?

Will I build muscle even on a 4 day water fast? I plan to do this for the rest of my life, if able to build muscle.

Height : 5’4
Weight : 180 (mainly fat, little muscle)
Goal Weight : 120
Woman

I don’t know how many calories I should be eating to lose fat/gain muscle on those three days, nor the foods (I just assumed fruits + plenty veg)

Workout routine would look like this

Monday - 20 m cardio + upper body
Tuesday - 20 m cardio + abs
Wednesday - 20 m cardio + legs
Thursday - 20 m cardio + legs
Friday - 20 m cardio + legs
Saturday & Sunday = OFF (cardio by cleaning the house)
