Re: Parasites are Helminths ie. hook, round, pinworms etc etc
I believe those sacs are the larvae from helminths.
I wouldn't mess around with these buggers.
Why do you think you have this Helminth (Round Worm (Giant)
Ascaris Lumbricoides)
How long have you had this?
You can check this video out to be sure.

Have you had a fecal exam?
It would seem from your picture, you have several worms/parasites
Albeit, most hang on in the lower intestine and go from there, first suggestion is to go buy Mineral Oil, that helps them let go as they stay put pretty good.
Not knowing how long you have had this Helminth in your system. You really should get a Dr. to give you something to kill these worms. I am all for Holistic. Love DE and many extracts. BUT if you go into advanced stages with this worm Death is imminent. You have to kill the worms with
Antibiotics or things like Albendazole, Mebendazole or Pyrantel.
These worms lay 240,000 eggs a day. You can drink Mineral oil and it will help you pass them. But these buggers aren't always in your intestines, they can and do go everywhere as you seem to have experienced. (and many places they go can kill you)
First you have to kill he worms, Next you have to Manage the Complications (Depending on the severity) ...Bowel blockage or Ectopic Adults... Migration up biliary tee (issues like pancreatitis, biliary sepsis, (Need ERCP) Peritoneum (peritonitis)you have to get that worm out of there.
If you family members or anyone you are close to you, it spreads very easily via Fecal-Soil-Oral Transmission plus through Lung Migration. So, your loved ones can easily get this as well and may need a dose of the above-mentioned medicines.
Reinfection is common.
Clinically: Loeffler's syndrome (pneumonia etc), GI upset, Bowel obstruction requiring surgery and in CATASTROPHIC conditions (Such as yours) the adults will go Ectopic, where they don't belong.
