Newish member. Renal Angiomyolipoma and Polycystic ovarian syndrome and a question about neuropathy.

Hello everyone. I am a newish member. I google search a lot on fasting and have done a lot of variations of fasting including a pure water fast, but....

Something has been brought to my attention and I need a little help and information.

I was recently in the hospital because a cyst in my ovary has ruptured and was hemorrhaging and while they were giving me ultra sounds and taking x rays they also found a small, benign lesion on my kidney, angiomyolipoma, they called it.

Naturally, hearing the suffix oma is a little unsettling. I completed a 5 day Water Fast a couple of days ago and would like an expert take as to what length of fast I can benefit from ( I love fasting. no doubt. I love it!).

In my research I have come to the conclusion that there is virtually nothing that cant be helped with a good prolonged water fast.

please ask questions.
please advise.

Also, if anyone has any information about the effect of Water Fasting on neuropathy please do share with me.
