I have done fasts ever since I was a child from age seven on. But I started serious real Water Fasts 14 years ago. My longest one was 22 days.
I have done so many fasts that I can't keep track of the number. But I would say an average of once a month.

Youthfulness, eye sight got better, memory got better, tolerance of all sorts got better, especially anger has disappeared, I don't get sick when everyone around me has cold cough or any other viruses, more will power to stay away from processed foods, and overall more energy than ever before.
