I agree with the idea of taking antioxidants such as vitamin C, E and selenium along with some sulfur-containing foods.
Glutamine is involved in conversion of one of the sulfur containing nutrients--cysteine--towards the important liver antioxidant glutathione. It is also upstream from a calming brain neurotransmitter GABA.
Are you taking anything to help with brain repair--fish oil, lecithin and other phospholipids, taurine, maybe some pregnenolone?
