Fatty Liver (Strange Lab Results)

Strange Liver Question maybe someone can chime in.

Fatty Liver Diagnosis via Ultrasound (Mild Fatty)

Lab Results AST 35/ ALT 28/ GGT 11 (below lab range) done in January. ALP 106 (Lab range 129)

Numbers have consistently gone down after loosing weight last AST 22 / ALT 18 but ALP has gone up now to 115?

Whats going on GGT was very low (Low GGT does not point to any liver diseases). I am a little confused with these labs Tweet
