sinus slide ID help please
I am on ICU treatment of Ivermectin/ Albenza. They are larger today. I don't know what is happening at the other end but this is salvia and sputum all from this morning. So many symptoms including CNS involvement. Need to make sure I'm treating correct organism(s)
