Laparoscopic Surgery Scars

Hello:

I underwent laparoscopic fundoplastication for a hiatal hernia in 2008. From what I understand, the resultant scarring somewhat aids in maintaining the seal. If I take Serrapeptase, will it cause my surgery to reverse itself? My doctor did not utilize mesh and I'm very concerned.
