Would anyone please clarify what is in the picture below?

Please note that I've got this on day 3 past liver flush.
On day 2 morning and day 3 morning I had fleet enemas.
Btw I released stones on all 3 days , huge ones on days 1 and 2.

Results in the picture below is in day 3 evening.
