Superfoods for weight loss?

Hi all,
I’m glad to find a forum for superfoods. I have been searching for some information regarding superfoods that helps in weight loss. I recently heard from my friend that adding superfoods in the diet plan can help to lose weight. But I’m not sure which are the best superfoods that can be added into my diet. I can get all the superfoods from Giddy Yoyo, a certified organic food product seller in Canada. All I need is the list of the superfoods. Does anyone know the best super foods for weight loss?
