Cipro detox help?

I can't find any useful information all on one page anywhere, just some here and some there. Currently, I'm using an Albion Selenium supplement along with Detoxadine (iodine) to help detox the Cipro away. I have been suicidal, anxious, and depressed ever since I started taking Cipro, and my throat feels numb. I thought it was the pain medication, so I quit taking it and took another dosage of Cipro later that day, only for my shortness of breath to become worse. This was after only three dosages of 500mg Cipro. I must know, can I recover? I want to stop feeling suicidal/anxious/depressed/dizzy/foggy all the time, and it would be nice for these swallowing problems to go away as well, and I'm worried sick that I'm stuck with these problems!
