Cannabis oil for skin cancer, please help.

My dad was recently diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma. He will be undergoing surgery to remove the mole, but we want to treat the rest of his body. I am looking for quality cannabis oil with a high cbd % and thc%. I live in Chicago but am willing to travel to any legal state to get it or buy it online. Any help would be much appreciated. Tweet
