Re: My story of hearing voices, consistent with demonic oppression. Help/Deliverance Wanted!

I found your story while googling Demonic Oppression. I am currently going through a similar experience in many ways. I have been oppressed by these demons for two years, maybe longer. I met with a Catholic Priest recently who helped me understand what is happening. I am finding it very helpful to read prayers designed for exorcism or pray the rosary. They are very good at keeping my mind busy so I do not get to praying as much as I should. They can also affect my thinking as I pray so I find it helpful to read prayers. Since I am only at the beginning of the process of exercising these demons I find it encouraging to learn more about the reality of this awful experience I am going through! Like you, the beginning felt amazing, like a blessing. Since then they have deepened my Depression and have me feeling less confident, paranoid about my life, overwhelmed by the lack of peace in my mind and their consisted negativity. On the bright side, my understanding of who they are and what they are capable of has left me feeling hopeful about my future as I now believe I can defeat them!! I have found that simply "knowing" them has helped me to understand the serious nature of the situation. However, they also seem to be less powerful the more I believe in their identity as demons. I used to believe they were actual spirits, angels, people, etc.

I am wondering if you have been able to defeat your oppression, how you did so, and if you have found others that have been through this? Your story is the first I have read that I find similar to my own. Thanks for writing your story!!
