I found in NCFL (CAFL) this - Hemorrhoid: 447

and in the cross-reference:

447 - Crohns_and_other_bowel_problems_v, Hemorrhoids, Influenza_overnight_TR, Influenza_VA2L_grippe, Influenza_virus_1993_1994_secondary

doesn't say exactly what's causing it but for sure some worms/pathogens

maybe someone knows what's causing Crohns' - that could be it, I don't know though
