Right. when I say glucose I mean energy in general.
Since less energy is delivered to the tissues while fasting, there's a self mechanism which increase blood supply(flow) to the organs and tissues to compensate it. Keton bodies are not as efficient as glucose and adsorbed more slowly. Therefore in case one's body isn't fully adapted into slower metabolism, weakness may apprear.
