Kefir Grains - Japan?

Hi,

I'm trying to get my hands on some Kefir grains for making some pro-biotic homemade yogurt but am currently living in Japan. Can anyone offer any advice for where I could find live grains here? Or someone willing to ship grains internationally?

In my search through chemists and drug stores here I've only come across Kefir in capsule form. Anyone know whether the capsuals could be used to make homemade yogurt (in the same way probiotic capsules are often used for starters)?
