Hello all flushers and potential flushers!! Happy new year to you. I haven't reported for quite a while on this forum so here is an update. I'm sure there are many like me who do the flushes and get well and then never visit the board again since they are on with their lives feeling well and happy. I haven't thought of you for several months now because I feel great. I had a gall bladder attack last March 02 and from then until August/September I did flushes every two to three weeks. Toward September/October I decreased the flushes to once a month at the full moon (a great result then each time.) I had been diagnosed by ultrasound with two large Gallstones one-half centimeter in size. They were white on the ultrasound. The technician supposed they were largely calcium and said there was no way they were coming out without surgery. Well, I have had no pain and can eat everything I want, though I do eat healthy. If I do stray with chocolate or greasy foods there is no problem at all. I also feel renewed energy and less stiffness in my muscles. I recommend this flushing method highly and plan to do at least two per year for the rest of my life. I am 55. So for anyone who is doubting, give it a try. My husband has had great results also. Best of luck.
