"I AM" Focused thought + Positive Expectant Emotion = CREATION.
When looking at attracting something into your life experience, it is very helpful to say/think "I AM" as a beginning.
"I am healthy and ... "
"I am choosing to be .. "
"I am attracting ... "
"I am involved in ..."
"I am grateful for the abundance ..."
This keeps things in the present. Using "I intend" or "I want" sets it up as something you do not already have. When the mind believes it's already there (by using the "I AM") it will do what it can to produce it as a real life experience.
To make your affirmations/desires really work, it's important to combine..
*** FOCUSED THOUGHTS with PASSIONATE, POSITIVE, EXPECTANT EMOTIONS ***
Both those together used at the same time makes you a deliberate creator and allows you to consciously attract the right people, circumstances, events etc. that will be part of the realisation of your desires.
1. FOCUSED THOUGHTS - what I mean by this is what you want. Do you focus on the lack of something or are you clear about what you want?
You get to magnetise into your life what your most dominant thoughts are. So, if you keep focusing on "I don't want to be sick" You will get more sickness. If you focus on "I don't want others to be mean" You will see more mean people in your life. BUT If you focus on "I am full of health and vitality" You get that. Or "I am attracting more wonderful people into my life" You get that too.
So, be aware how you focus your dominant thoughts. And your dominant thoughts are the ones that go round and round your head all the time. You KNOW what your dominant thoughts are right this minute, because ALL your life experiences are a result of them.
You are what you are thinking. Your beliefs are magnetic.
You want prosperity, but you are poor. You are focusing on the lack.
You want health, but you are sick. You are focusing on the lack.
You want a relationship, but don't have one. You are focusing on the lack.
It is Law that you will attract whatever you spend most time mulling over, especially if you are emotionally moved.
2. PASSIONATE, POSITIVE EXPECTANT EMOTIONS. You can not say/think your affirmations/focused thoughts and have your desires be a part of your life experiences if you enter in the wrong mood. So, before saying your affirmations, do what you can to cheer yourself up. Listening to your favourite music, stroking your pet, looking at some happy photos etc.
You need to enter the creative state in a positive, expectant mood and use all your passion to express your desires. Visualise them and create positive feelings until you feel deliriously happy. It is in this state, the feeling as if everything you desired has already manifested that you are in a state of allowing.
Practise this for 15-20 minutes a day. If you do this exercise for a month, you will be surprised what can happen.
