Day 2
(Juice Fasting for the second time - 7 days)
Tired, hungry, spaced out. Feel free to comment!

I read some fasting blogs here last night, and I should've known reading about someone missing brownies will make me dream about them! So did I not only roll around not being able to get sleep for about an hour, I got really hungry in my sleep, and woke up tired.
At work I experienced slight weakness and even a bit of a spaced-out feeling, until in the afternoon I had gotten enough juice and Molkosan water and fast tea into me and I was starting to feel in balance again.
Now at home I've been hungry again, and very much against my usual activities sat in front of the TV for a couple of hours, just to keep myself out of the kitchen. I had to drink more juice, and water, and I think although it's already 2240 I'll have to have another cup of tea before bed. Lucky I've got a day off tomorrow!
Mum keeps feeding her husband and my brother all these yummy treats such as donuts and sausages, and any other time I'd probably be able to resist such unhealthy snacks, but now it's really bugging me. But one thing is for sure, no matter how hungry I get there's no way I'm turning back, I can't physically imagine myself putting a piece of something solid into my mouth in the middle of this, no matter how much I dream about it. I'd be way too disappointed. But I have to find a way to get rid of this excess hunger (and get used to not eating when I'm not hungry, and once again losing the feeling of "needing" to snack on something)! Tomorrow we're going to make juice of our own, so it should be good. Better than the Biotta juices anyway, I like the fruity ones and the vegetable juice isn't too bad either, but the carrot juice is definitely a big disappointment - it tastes sour, like home-made but gone bad! Mum's husband took a sip by accident, and had to spit it out!
Hopefully tomorrow I won't be quite as tired.
From now on I will just have to keep reminding myself that if I don't want to need to go on another tough fast, I'll just have to keep on eating rationable portions and sensible food, no more forgiving myself any amount of anything for a period of time, I have to be able to stay in control!!
