what goes in a gym journal...it's personal and FUN

I went to the gym last night. I decided to use my new Moleskine

as a catch all journal to 'sync' with my palm pilot. One night I left my Palm TX at the gym and thankfully it was still there when I went to get it the next day. Anyhoo, I haven't tricked out the moleskine yet but down went the workout I had AFTER my titanic heated discussion with my sister-in-law. I had a severe headache so I decided to go to the gym. It's my last day of my membership. Speaking of what I am going to renew it next week. I need a place to go. GYm is like church. In fact, I'm ashamed to say I go to the gym more than mass. Perhaps if the priest came to the gym!!!

A gym journal will help you lose more weight and feel more confident in the gym. Last night I worked my triceps hard because I have some ridiculous 'chickenwing' on my right arm. I'm going to record my food journal again. Remembering what I eat has never been my strong suit.

The gym journal can also serve as a record of supplements taken every day. I took two weeks off from all my supps. I find that works for me. When I finish a bottle, I take two weeks off so that can go in the gym journal.

Monitoring one's body feelings is very important too. I do this on a daily basis.
