Working on monthly Utility Increase
Thank you for strength and focus.

Got to Focus.
Paid the Utility Bill for January.
It was $490.80, up close to 30% over the previous month.
Very cold month.
Asked for strength yesterday at the close
of our Clearing session for Strength to do the
next most important thing this is it.
Figure out the Utility increase for the housemates.
Also looked at the necessary rent increase, but that will go later.
Uncomforable sensations upon awakening.
Dark Cloud...heavy...
Distinct feelings of stress over doing too much.
Always seems to be some shadow of discomfort due to
to doing one thing, while another "child" is crying
or asking for attention.
Utilities offer relief now.
Get beyond this, dear Leslie.

picked up a booklet on the cost of running appliances....
got to look at that later.

Got most of it done...
Figured out average for toilet paper...
around $50.00 a month...
Made up Report in Quicken...up to date...
Some qlitches... why don't they show up???
Oh...use classes...not subcatagories...
yes that works...make sure year is for the time
of report.

Thinking of Peter Dukich...elder,
biodynamic compost maker....
haven't seen Peter in a while....
thinking of all the elders passion on
without me given them time because I am pre-occupied
with things other than Nature studies...

Many nervous bowel eruptions later...
average electric for year 06...?

Last year this time $322.00
Up 56% over last year this time.
$169.00 over budget for January...
average water for year 06?
Taking off one bad month when we had a definite
leak...
average is $186.00
Can this be lowered????
Today I paid $200.00 to Advanced Detection
Leaks and Pipes to be informed that the
phantom running water noise, he heard with
a stephascope-like instrument, was basically
a water hose a bit running.....
The leak...the phantom leak was
....the Value--that we saw was leaking.
$200.00 for what? To find out
that we knew we needed to change
a valve that needed to be changed....the additional
information....the line has pressure from
a nearby cold water turn off in the shower
that does not turn off completely,
and went undetected...it puts pressure
against the bathroom Value.
That too can be changed.
Cutty
could not imagine that it was the Valve
that was causing that much leak, but it was.
We were stumped by the meter running...
the running meter was from the hoses....
So much mental stress over this.
So much mental stress and physical stress
over this.
Is it possible to do this House Job
without stressing, and still have a fulfilling
life?
What else do I have to do...
What did I do today?
Worked the monthly report...so that will generate
well each month and tell me the balance...
I am O.k. for the year of '06.
The toilet paper budget is about $50.00
I prefer to keep on top of this month to month...
If at the end of the year there is a surplus...
We can???
Get some new furniture from Community Assets.
Replace worn out things owned by the community...
This covered the Pond...
expense.
Over budget $168 for January,
the period of Christmas...
I told N
She was willing to pay what she owed.
She wanted to know how we were $168 over on
Utilities?

How much more time will it take to work this out?
