Oil Pulling: Eyesight & Crying
(Oil Swishing & ACV)
I have been oil pulling for 8 days now and I am not sure what if anything has so har occured with my eyesight but here are some observations:

I don't cry that much and some of that is simply because I don't have a particularly productive amount of wetness in my eyes. They seem to get dry easily and get red when I am outside for long periods of time.
I have not noticed eyesight improvement yet but there are some interesting things going on with my eyes.
Yesterday I was outside all day in the sun and I noticed that my eyes did not get red.
I don't know if I can attribute this to oil pulling but if it is the case, then this is truly important for me personally. That redness is especially noticeable in my left eye but yesterday my left eye seemed almost clear of its normal end of day redness.
I also noticed my tear ducts were very productive.
I watch my grandson pretty regularly now and I was thinking what a wonderful honor it is that I have had so many children and now a grandson that want me to be a part of their life.
Tears started welling up in my eyes. I felt a rush of sentiment and I cried tears of joy. It lasted for several minutes. I started reflecting on all of my children and the ones I have borrowed and the tears started flowing. I have been so blessed in my life. It was a kind of magical moment. My grandson bouncing up and down off of my chest into the air and smiling then resting on my shoulder he starts saying.... awwww awww. My two year old is scurrying about and kisses be and says she wants a hug. I think she was a little jealous of me playing with my grandson.
I don't know if the tears came from the olive oil pulling or not but if it did then I am certainly going to continue it.
Other things:
I have had almost clear urine for about one year. This all changed when I started oil pulling. My urine has been particularly dark. I don't know why but I am speculating it has something to do with toxins being pulled out of my system.
My stools have also been particularly dark. An anonymous friend said it was from bile. I don't know if this is from oil pulling but there is no other explanation
I will go back to daily consumption of apple cider vinegar and begin drinking unrefined sea salt in water again after 30 days and see if this changes the color of my urine and stools.
Again, I am not sure if this is connected to oil
