Well I'm preparing for my 30 day Juice and before I begin I have decided to blog my days..I have found it very helpful and encouring in the past and if I can help encourage anyone as I have been encouraged then I will continue to do so.
My 30 day juice will begin tommorrow on the aniversary of my sixth year living in Barbados and end on the 26th of August. It is also a time when my Grandparents are visiting and leave on day 30 so this will certainly be a big challenge because many things are happening and of course the area for control will be even more intense. I am praying for the strength of God to pull me though and ask that he guide me in my moments of extreme difficulty and cravings. God give me the strength of 10000000 Men.
I have a goal to reach a certain weight by the 22nd September but I also have a goal of reaching a new level of understanding and change. My weight goal is 150lbs which is bout thirty pounds between now and then...only the first thirty days will be juice and then raw combination and juice.
