Preparing to make some changes

I'm preparing to make some changes in my life, and in my daughter's, as far as diet and health - and while this may sound like the simplest thing to most people, I am sure that you friends at Curezone know that is not the case. America is not designed to promote healthful living. I am becoming frustrated at how very difficult it is to find anything to eat that does not contain dairy or sugar - even my daughter's chewable vitamins have both milk and sugar!
I felt this weekend like making concessions "just a little will be ok" but really, that defeats the whole purpose of making the effort at all doesn't it?
I'll remember:
It is very difficult to go back and make a brand new start.
But you can always start from now and make a brand new ending.
