some master cleanse notes

My aunt sent me a box of limes from her yard. Very good since I was considering doing the Master Cleanse. I can work and go to the gym while doing the cleanse. Tomorrow I am juicing all the vegetables I bought the other day and taking it to work with mke. I'll need it since I won't have any coffee :sigh: It's amazing what we people can turn into an addiction. I am doing the cleanse for ten days to start. Whenever my fiance visits I always have amazing flashes of brilliance and inspiration. I also need to kick up my wedding dress weight loss program up a notch. I am confident I'll be able to fit into my dress. I just want to be glowing and healthy. I told my fiance that I will be the healthiest I ever was on my wedding day. He even said that I got smaller most definately. We went shopping at Whole Foods and I bought all these organic vegetables. I didn't care how much they were because the price of perfect health and raw cacao nibs are priceless. I am going to experiment with using raw honey instead of maple syrup. I just don't like MS too much. The honey that I bought is really raw, in fact that's the NAME of the honey *LOL* I'll stick to what Stanley Burroughs say but I may just tweak it myself in the future.
I don't know if I'll go to the gym tomorrow. We will see how I feel.
