Good morning curezone family. I'm on the road this weekend, blogging from p.'s house. I went for a brisk walk this morning then did a round of the tibetan rejuventation rites. My breakfast wasn't raw except for the banana, a piece of wheatbread with peanut butter and a cup of mocha coffee. It was immensely satisfying though. I think it's because I'm very happy. P is an immense blessing in my life. I am most fortunate to have met him and managed to trick him into marrying me ;-)
I started listening to these Tony Robbins cd's I bougt off of QVC. I don't really have the extra money but once I did the four pay thing, the fifty dollars was manageable. I've been putting into the practice the power breathing and incantations exercises. Let me tell you THEY REALLY DO WORK. I'm going outside to finish cleaning my car and breathe the fresh air. The air is really crisp up here. My walk was pretty good because the streets are very hilly and so it was a little bit of a workout! LOL I thought I'd want to bikeride around here but I think powerwalking and running may be better. BTW, I ate less junkfood on the road this time than last. Yay!
