afternoon note

I felt like getting a colonic. I felt great. Since then I ate a patty and had a cup of decaf/caf coffee. I'm going to get another colonic next week too. I know the first thing I need to do is start exercising. Tonight I have to help my mom clean out the attic. If I am not tired, I will go for a power walk. Tomorrow I find out if I'm going to be in the NYC marathon. I also have to go into the city for a nursing school meeting. That's when I'll start my juice fast. Today I wasn't prepared but tonight I'm going shopping for my organic cucumbers and cilantro (if Jandi's has it). If not, I'll just stop by Uptown Whole Foods. Maybe i'll go for a walk in the park afterwards.
Did I mention in my last note that I'm getting married? So now I have a serious goal, to be as healthy as can be to bear children. Also, my 'homeschool' starts Sunday so I'll be blogging about everything i learn, plus posting websites,etc. and book reports. It's going to be fun. It's a major step for the my growth process.
