a little morning update

I took the first step by going to confession and have been under satanic attack since then. I've not had coffee or chocolate in four days. Yesterday I went to the beach and walked. I took my time and cleared my mind. It was packed because it was almost eighty degrees here but I loved it.
Oh yes I promised the Paul Nison notes. There wasn't much to take down as I bought his books beforehand. I strongly urge anyone reading this to get them. I'm also getting a one month subscription to David Wolfe's audio lectures http://www.thebestdayever.com
I'm going to walk to the bank then come back to plant my mom's plants for her and then work out on my total gym. I did pay like $1000 for it *lol*
