return from Florida road trip

Hello everyone. I hope you are having a blessed day. I took some time off because i had to go to Florida. It was quite an eye opening trip. I went totally off program but after the whole experience, I'm recommitted to my journey. I am beginning to recover from the Florida trip as I drank close to a gallon of coffee and ate meat and overwhelmed my system. Plus I didn't pray at all which was worse than drinking coffee. I'll be posting an update tomorrow, discussing all the dirty details up to and including a PMS update.
