Radiant Face Part Two
(Uncovering The Starchild Within)

Radiant Face Part Two by Ren .....

acne and pms, food and mood diary, sexual health diary (contains gross female stuff so be forewarned!)

Date:   3/23/2005 11:57:41 AM ( 19 y ago)

I woke up this morning in a dull mood and discovered an acne pimple on my face. When I used the bathroom, I got a little spotting which means my period is almost here. Ever since I had my first sexua| experience that was consentual in 2003, I've had troubles down there of all kinds. It was traumatic and because the man was using me to committ an act of adultery, I feel it left a psychic imprint on my womb

The first step to healing was committing myself to celibacy and I vowed never to compromise my values for the love of a man ever again. I asked God's forgiveness for walking away from Him. When I started reading books by people like Queen Afua, I learned that the womb does absorb a lot of pain and suffering. Plus getting myself into that situation, I awakened a lot of trauma from childhood sexua| abuse.

I managed to heal genital herpes using collodial silver and teatree oil. I cut them off myself and don't ever recall being so particular with my genital area. Anyway, I don't want them to come back so that's why I'm glad I'm going raw. I've noticed that my vaginal secretions have gotten less yellowed to almost clear the way they were when I was a virgin. I don't get cottage cheese nastiness on my underwear. My spotting looks less like dead decayed flesh the way it was all last year. I never understood why it looked like that even though I had a normal gyno exam.

My PMS isn't so bad this time around. I credit that to no coffee and raw food. There's no food diary really. I've only had grapefruit juice since I woke up.
