food diary, what happened in therapy

tuna fish non raw, non veg but I was hungry and didn't feel guilty and didn't overeat
green juice/fresh aloe drink
half a cup of tea
I didn't go to work because of the weather. I may be thirty years old, but my mom and I lay in bed watching Oprah today *lol* Amy Fisher was on Oprah. Wow she looks good. She said so many things that I really identify with. I may buy her book.
Therapy went well today. I am tired. I didn't realise how out of shape I was till I did the yoga last night.
