Playing "Holy Harmony"CD that Manifests.
Reworking the Rental Amount based
on $30.00 increase for some rooms due
to increase in rent to Sanda.
I took over the Taxes for the House
and the Homeowners Insurance.
This comes to more than $2000.00 increase in expenses.
I will take time to figure this out later.
The Vacant room has not been raised in rent for more than 10 years.
Here is the first draft of the New Rental Ad.
