Lost my mind.
Said goodbye to Marcia for the day.
She cleaned today.
Been in Pills bottles all day.
Oh, that is what is going on!
I am suppose to be decluttering.
I feel like taking a nap now.
Threw out a bunch of stuff from under the bed.
Still more to do

Going through the pills and bottles...
Making a bagful for of TCM bottles to return to
Student Launge at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine.
If anyone can use these, I imagine the students
of Oriental Medicine can.
I do not imagine I will be using these.
I don't know what they are for.
H. gave me some good time with coaching
over letting go.
Lots of emotions tied in with this release.
She also recommends dumping.
I am feeding some of the pills to the worms.
This energy has been under my bed for a lot of years.
Every single one of these was sent by way
in the spirit of helping.
Many were bought. Others were given.
They never made it into my body.
I wonder if I will be buying some of the same things again.
I am sticking some of the pills in my mouth
and swallowing them.
Pill Clearing:
This is a tiring exercise.
H would say it is indulgent to be disheartened by it.
She would say Bless it.
