Michael Besancon, My favorite Avocado Sandwich Maker was also the president of the Southern Pacific Whole Foods Market Region. when I wrote this story. He is now the #4 man in the Whole Foods Market Corporation. He is responsible, as I know it, for part of their Green Mission.
