Family Farms+Strawberry Magic!
(Plant Your Dream!)

Family Farms+Strawberry Magic! by YourEnchantedGardener .....

Strawberry Magic! Eiree syncronicities and pieces of information someplace make me feel out of sorts on this May Day when my Soul is dancing in a flower field someplace.

How is your May Day going?
I am amazed to feel intense energies
moving through me that have nothing to do
with this 21st Century Life.

This is not a day for pressures, and I am feeling
pressured from without.

Housemate Nora is waiting to have her computer back
and wants it now. This is no day for a timeclock,
the Ancient Soul Filled Day when some part of me in
in resonance with the blooming of flowers
and fertility rites.

My Soul is calling.

In some parallel universe I am being blown away
by Forces working through me
Guiding me to pull together loose disparate
ends into some kind of Archetypal drama
of Organic Renewal. There are strands of information
coming together and I am seeing a Pattern
that is amazing me.

I am in the midst of fulfilling some kind of Seed Dream
with Anthony Zolezzi of the Organic Center.

I research his site and found out his was dramatically
influenced by visiting a strawberry patch years ago.
This was a pivotal consciousness raising event that
drew him into seeing the importance of organic foods.

I read about this on his site a few weeks ago
where he describes this experience.

Now I see all kinds of articles about family farming
on his site that describes his book,
"How Dog Food Saved the Earth."

The opening chapter is that true life strawberry
experience drawn into the story.

Yesterday, I was fulfilling some directive from Spirit
or some part of me to move to get Joe the Farmer's
organic strawberries into Whole Foods Market.
That was what I was doing yesterday....
gathering information from shoppers
and monitoring their enthusiasm.

One woman said she had not tasted
a berry like that in 30 years since leaving Luxenbourgh.
I told her I would be back next Sunday. She said,
"I am coming back next Sunday just for these berries!"

Sounds like a lead item for me.
I would like to write up some of the things I learned
doing this marketing research.

Today, I discovered that Anthony wrote up
the Strawberry incident in his book,
"How Dog Food Saved the Earth."

Eiree sense of pieces coming together
going someplace.

Makes me want to ask,
"who is running the show?"

Natural Choice, commercial organic
a good brand, but what is the cost
of this per pint?

http://www.ncf-inc.com/about.htm

Grown in Oxnard. Sold in Whole Foods.
The store matched the price of these commercial
strawberries to Joe's. Joe was paid $16.00
for 12 pints.

Spoliage--What would be needed
to keep the fresh from spoling...
Could they be frozen rather than thrown out?
Four were thrown out...
