Escaped Raw Food
(Plant Your Dream!)
Returned to OHI, the Optimal Health Instutite, the San Diego Raw Food Detox Center. I felt sick while being there, and not totally sure why.

Home from the Optimum Health Institute,
the premeir detoxification center here in San Diego
where guests spend a week or weeks
learning all about detox through raw foods.
My niece is going through a life changing
experience there this past week. She invited
me to come down last night and visit.
Turned out she was staying in a town house,
a very nice little apartment and her townhouse mate
had left early. She invited me to stay over
and I did.
Eva is quick to pick up new things.
She had a reflexology session with someone
and last night was repeating what she learned on me.
She was really good at it and stirred up lots of toxins.
There are lots of lovely people down there
and also very, very sick people. I had mixed feelings
about eating in the dining room when we could
have eaten outside.
I ate some raw veggies for breakfast and a scoup
of some kind of seed cheese from soaked nuts.
I started to feel like throwing up. Didn't have much to eat
for lunch either, but felt that in my open state I was
picking up all kinds of toxic energies that were
mixing with my own after a very hard week.
I felt better when I finally threw up.
All in all, it was a good experience and I highly recommend
this place.
I had lots of inspirations and Eva introduced me to some
lovely people.
They were Chrisitan Missionary in zeal, and Eva is raised
in an Orthodox Jewish fold. Above all, she is incredible loving
and made many friends.
It has been a long time coming for her to get down there
and I felt spirit was really guiding me back to that place.
I can imagine that The Seven Love Cures as well as Plant
Your Dream would be powerful additions to the program.
The Campus is only about 20 minutes at most from my house,
about 5 miles away.
I felt inspired to do some colonics this Spring,
but I am concerned with how sensitive and open I am
to being in an environment where many people are sick.
Those energies stick to me, especially when I am tired
and not at my best.
My body does not seem to digest raw foods well
as a whole. It has improved since my digestion has improved,
but I am not sure if it was something in the fermented foods
that was making me feel like throwing up.
I was happy to leave the place and started
to feel better once I threw up and once I was standing
outside the locked gate.
