days of repairs...meeting tonight...

Got the EG Mobile back in gear today.
Friendship made the difference.
My mechanic does good deeds.
$20.00 tuneup
$20.00 Valve adjustment
$25.00 new master cylinder...he returned the one I bought
last year about five months ago...just labor...
$25.00 clutch adjustment...and looking at cable...
Not bad shape...
Then Fidel helped drill a hole so I can have more room
for the seat belt.
The windshield wiper attachment was real stuck.
Pep Boys couldn't figure it out...Fidel did...
Then I replaced it for $10.00
Asgede also helped me tape down some loose wires
on the driver's side.
And showed me how to get the medal rod into the hole
that covers the engine..a makeshift protector...for the engine.
these 68 VW did not come with a lock covering the engine.
Guess they were not afraid of people taking parts back then.
The the car repairs were $90.00.
The cleaners is out of business as of today...
so I found another one nearby.
Rainbow came over and did some plumber...
basically the same fixes we did last time...
$40.00 with some comaraderie...
All things I could handle...
Called the Washington Mutual and learned a few more things
about refinancing...seeing more clearly.
House meeting tonight....
Can we work out a system to rotate the cleaning in the upstairs
bathroom?
