Chef Hermann will compose the final menues for
"Organic Celebration at the HIlton!"
On Wendesday July 27.

There is a differential between the money
that the local farmers at the FM need to sell
the food to the HIlton, and the budget that
is allotted in each $35.00 ticket for food.

There is $5.50 per each $35.00 for teach mean.

Hermann is concerned that would will not
have enough funds to provide a fully organic
salad.

I am out to raise $1500.00 in three days to supplement
the budget.

I will go for additional Promo sponsors...starting with
asking the farmers themselves.

This is Historic!

Showing a strong support for these three days of lunches
will encourage the Hilton Management to give Chef Hermann
a budget EVERY week to purchase local foods from the Farmers"
Market.

I had three people sign the Declaration of Interdependence
and two gave $20.00 each. Some of this will supplement this
budget for food and cover my costs of production of this event.

I want ot put my photos on the web site.

Here is a great photo Chef Hermann at the FM last sunday
with farmer Steve L. White, creator of the ugly organge
that changed the American Palate.

Are you aware how so many people judge the contents
by the container????

So this organge looks Ugly on the inside, but it is the sweetest
you have ever tasted!!!

What a sensual education.

Steve is concerned that the older generation is dying out
and not being replaced by Health Conscious people who have a glue
how to prepare foods.

The red tape the farmers face is enough to drive Steve away.

Organic local production is higher in general than anything that comes
through the warehouse system.

Which are you chosen for your food?

Fresh food has the quality that nature intended...it is the kind of
food that can get the results that the health foods of old address.

Hour by hour food loses its connection to the umbilical cord of the
Mother Earth once it is picked.

How would you like to be boxed and treated as if you were
produce?

I feel the difference, even in organic stores between the aliveness
of just picked FM foods and those picked, sent to warehouses,
and then shippped back.

So that is one reason who it is vital that you all support your local
grower.

And remember, the doctor bill in included when we by whole,
pure, natural, and local from farmers who know personally.

I cannot imagine someone who is thinking about me personally
wanted to do anything that will harm another.
