I just got off the phone with Lydia,
the personal executive secretary for
the man who was my first avocado maker
and introduced me to the Essene Gospel of Peace.
He is now the Regional President for Whole Foods Market.
The energy is shifting the last hour.
How did I shift it?
What did I do...
It was stuck.
There is even a clock in the toilet
but I do did not have time to deal with it.
Then, Anthony came home--reinforcemnts
back from getting supplies to fix some
physical realities.
I spoke with Onndlee, the flower maker
at Whole Foods. I wanted to apologize
for not being in touch.
It has been difficult being in touch with me
and the message seems to be
decide which of the projects i want to do
or I will likely end up in 14 days with none of them done
well.
Then I spoke to Onndlee and she shared
that she was feeling a sense of overwhelm and doom
the last week.
I told her that my computer keep really going bonkers
and agreed something was really dying
but also something being born.
I would say that collaboration is being born.
It is deeply, deeply needed.
I would like to write more on this...
and compose the letter to Michael
as Whole Foods for a donation of flowers....
What else should i ask for?
I need to take a break and rest before I go on.
It started to rain as i was thinking of the words
I would write.

Just left a message for Hermann, the Chef at the Hilton...
we will go with as much Organic in the lunches as we can
afford...hopefully, I will stay in balance and in the cycle of
self care will create the unexpected support from incrediible places.
